Version 24a fixes a couple of bugs, and adds an "about" page with some
support info and a version checker, where you can check for updates.
Changes:
- The title fields in the article and category edit areas would cut off any text after a single quote.
- Changed incorrect admin menu captions.
- Added the about page.
