Hi, I just started working with xoops a couple day's ago and your module was a perfect fit.

However, I can't figure out how to make a change..

When i click on the "Article " link on the left main menu it goes to a page that shows all my categories and that is what i want. But it also shows each article summery with each category.

The problem is when i finish i will have 50 or 60 + categories and tons of articles in each.... so i need to only show the categories and the number of articles in each, but no summery or titles until i click on that category.

i hope that made since.

i kind of found a little work around for this. i did not add a link to the article index, only added links to each category, via the content module.

just to be sure... is 0.27 the latest version?

OK, I'm not totally sure what you mean, but if I do read you right, you just want to show the categories on their own on the main index page?

If so, all you need do is change the "Index view type" from Flat to Threaded in th epreferences, this will change the view so that only categories are shown, until you click on a category name, which will then show the articles for that category.
