There have been a lot of requests on the Xoops forums lately for a Xoops v2 compatible reviews module.

As I shall also need one for myself, I have started out writing one. It is still very new and is not ready for release yet.

Please feel free to make any feature requests in these forums.

I was wondering how far you'd gotten with your Reviews module, and whether it was available. I'm currently in need for a good reviews module for books and external articles, and am indeed considering to develop a module for it if I don't find one.

The closest I found so far was the C-JAY module, which appears to be in beta release still.

I've not done anything to it for a couple of weeks as I've been working on Articles to get that to a more usable state.

But the database structure is mostly set now, and I am working on the user front end, although I have a couple of decisions to make on the layout. Then the admin side of things will have to be done...

So, it'll porbably be a few weeks before it's ready for release.

All I can say is to keep an eye on this site and/or the Xoops site as it'll be announced on both when it's released.

it's great to see you start developing a review module andy. will give it a try, i am currently using the ams module for this, but lack of the scoring/rating part.

thank you for the module. i will contribute my feature suggestion later.
