i have 2 site article (0.6->0.9) working
no.1 site is fine (system:PC-RH9) no.2 site in threated mod , the all Categories show but can't click (no any hyperlink) into articles pages (system: virtual host -> mean spend momey buy space from web company @@ can't explain exactly...sorry) no.2 system diagest: Linux Kernel 2.4.20-28.7 Apache 1.3.29 (Unix) Perl 5.6.1 PHP 4.3.3 MySQL 4.0.15-standard cPanel 8.8.0-STABLE

If site 2 was an upgrade, it sounds as if the template wasn't updated.
Make sure the old templates in the "templates" folder were over-written with the new ones, and go to the modules admin section and update the module again. HTH
