i have tried all debugging modes, but no errors show up, just PHP debug shows some notices, but it does show same notices on other pages too

Hi, i am using xoops v2.0.13 and articles 1.03 and have a problem: users can't post comments to articles.
after clicking "post new comment" the page comment_new.php loads, but i see only blank page. any hints about this? the site is http://wargaming.sk
