Using:
Xoops 2.0.10
Articles 0.24a
fck installed in: /class/fckeditor (version from dev.xoops.org)

When I select FSK in the administration panel (i guess FSK is a typo? must be FCK?) and add or modify an article i get "404 not found" errors (i have a custom 404 error page on my host) in the place where the editor must be shown.

Other editors I tested (spaw and htmlarea) work good. Maybe you have suggestions to make FCK work?

thanx in forward for your reply

Thanks for your fast reply!

I copied it to the /class/spaw directory, but when i set the preferences to 'SPAW' i still get the standard textarea. Am i doing something wrong?

BTW. I'm using Xoops version 2.0.7.3. Could that be the problem?

Hello,
I just installed the new version of articles module (0.23) and it looks very nice! :)

I've read this version supports wysiwyg editors like SPAW. Can u tell me how to do this? I already downloads spaw and copied it to the /modules/articles/spaw directory, but that doesn't work.

Hello,

When I add an article with a huge amount of text (mostly HTML) the article won't be opened when I click on it. i.e. I just wanted to add an article with +- 16000 characters. The article appears in the index, but when I click om it nothing happens. But when I edit the article again in the admin interface it will be opened, so it seems like the article is in the database.

Is there a max. characters limit? If yes, is there a way to overrule this?

thanks

Hi, I really like this module I have some suggestions to make it a bit more better :

- allow users to add articles (submenu, like the news module)

- split articles overview page in more parts when a lot of articles are in a category

- file uploads (i.e. adding a word document attachment with an article)

- sub categories

- notification per category

Maybe you can do something with this?
